There are no transaction fees.

We require the following information to process your payment via our Payment Services Provider QENTA Payment CEE GmbH:

• SID identifier number for the account you would like to add funds to
• Card Number
• Expiration Date
• Amount to be charged to card
• Signature Panel Code

There is no credit card data logged or stored at our system.

It is very important that you quote the SID Identification Number of the account you would like to add funds to as the unique reference.

Please send us a notification of your payment. If we do not receive a notification, we cannot guarantee that your payment will be allocated correctly, and any purchase(s) of the account may be at risk of suspension or cancellation.

Please keep a copy of your transfer document which includes at least the amount paid, the date paid and your contact details. We may request to see this to help us identify your payment when we receive it.

Payments can take more than 6 working days to reach our account, so please allow sufficient time for your bank transfer to be processed.

We will notify you when we received the payment.

You must pay all service charges and commissions that might arise throughout the transaction.
